In the spring of the year 2000, I designed and installed a cold- water radiant cooling system in my house that performed beyond my expectations. I circulated 56 degree well water through my existing radiant floor heating system. This cooled my floors off to approximately 68 degrees. The first question everyone asks is "is that enough to cool off your whole house?" The answer is not completely.
